At OTTO’S CUISINE, Chef's Otto is turning his dream into a delicious reality. His extensive experience in the kitchen, which spans Italian, American, Peruvian, Mexican, and Asian cuisines, allows him to craft a menu that seamlessly and carefully fuses diverse culinary traditions. With each dish, he introduces diners to a new world of flavors, inviting them to savor the essence of multiple cultures in a single bite.

Influenced by Gaston Acurio, a peruvian Chef named the best in Latin America, Anthony Bourdain, Wolfgang Puck, Gordon Ramsey and the likes, Otto is focused on maintaining roots in his Latin Fusion, while combining savory hints of flavors from around the world.

From Guatemala to the world

Born in Guatemala, Otto’s developed a deep-rooted passion for food at a young age. He honed his skills by immersing himself in the culinary arts of his homeland after working in the Morristown area for multiple restaurants and slowly but surely making a mark. His culinary journey led him to master the art of crafting sumptuous Italian dishes. From antipasti, pasta dishes and authentic pizzas. He then ventured to crafting Peruvian ceviche, Mexican birria tacos, Thai stir fry and other authentic foods. All while keeping american comfort food as a canvas for his repertoire.

A taste of home

Otto’s homeland holds a diverse and rich culture that produces some of the most rich, fertile volcanic soil. Where it is normal to see oversized fruits, native ingredients and a plethora of hyper nutritious and rich vegetables that used as ingredients bring amazing flavors to the plate.

Otto has always kept this standard of quality as the canvas to paint, with the flavors and passion for cooking that he’s acquired throufh the years.
